Sidro - Beška

Vikend je, slobodno mogu da kažem, za mene svetinja, vreme koje želim da provedem u maksimalnom uživanju posle naporne radne nedelje. Kad me je drugarica pozvala da u subotu odemo kod nje u vikendicu, u Čortanovce, za mene nije bilo lepšeg osećaja, jer je Vojvodina za mene oaza mira i uživanja. Odmah nakon toga mi je rekla da ćemo usput svratiti i u restoran Sidro, koji se nalazi u Beški, jer je tamo najbolja riblja čorba koju je ikada jela. Jedva sam čekala da osvane subota.

Sidro se nalazi ispod beščanskog mosta, tako da iz restorana imate pogled i na Dunav i na most. Enterijer restorana je u pravom alaskom stilu, drveni stolovi i stolice i ribarske mreže oko vas, pa ne čudi što je ovde akcenat na ribljim specijalitetima i što su po tome poznati.

Pretpostavljate da smo odmah naručile Riblju čorbu (porcija 219 rsd). Dok smo čekale da je donesu, premišljale smo se da li uopšte da uzimamo još nešto, jer nismo bile preterano gladne. Onda smo definitivno potvrdile onu frazu da su nekima gladne oči i naručile porciju od 10 Ćevapa (590 rsd), koju smo podelile. Pre riblje čorbe dobile smo Kuver koji se sastoji od Riblje paštete i luka (59 rsd porcija), kao i Hleb (98 rsd porcija) koji je bio veoma ukusan, idealno mi je otvorio apetit za toliko očekivano čorbu. Kad je vrlo brzo posle toga došla i čorba na mom licu je mogao da se vidi samo izraz zadovoljstva. Od te dve porcije što smo mi naručile, slobodno mogu da kažem, mogle su da se najedu četiri osobe. Riba je bila preukusna i sveža, ljutkasta, lepo začinjena i bilo mi je veoma krivo što ne mogu sve da pojedem, ali moralo je da ostane mesta i za ćevape. Ćevapi, koji se služe sa pomfritom, su takođe bili dobri, ali kad probate ovako dobru čorbu, sve ostalo ostane u senci. Uz njih smo kao prilog uzele Šopsku salatu (250 rsd). Ovim samo mogu da potvrdim da je moja drugarica bila u pravu, ovo je za sad, najbolja riblja čorba koju sam probala. Pošto je bio vruć dan, žeđ smo gasile flašom Rosa-e 0.75l (180 rsd), a posle smo se osvežavale Coca-cola - om (149 rsd).

Atmosfera u Sidru je veoma prijatna, opuštajuća, uz zvuke Garavog sokaka, a posle toga zasvirali su tamburaši i imali smo potpun vojvođanski ugođaj. Gosti su ljudi svih generacija, konobari ljubazni, a cene pristupačne. Ako vas put nanese na ovu stranu, obavezno svratite, makar zbog riblje čorbe, pa podelite sa nama vaše utiske.

I can freely say that every weekend is a holy thing for me, that’s the time when the only thing I want is to relax and enjoy, after a hard working week. When my friend invited me to visit her holiday home in Čortanovci, on Saturday, I couldn’t feel any better because Vojvodina is an oasis of peace and enjoyment for me. Immediately, she told me that we’ll also visit the restaurant Sidro, which is located in Beška, because they serve the best fish soup she has ever eaten. I couldn’t wait for Saturday to arrive.


The restaurant Sidro is located beneath the Beška bridge, so you have a view of both the Danube and the bridge. The interior style resembles a fisherman’s hut, with wooden tables and chairs and fishing nets around you, so no wonder they emphasis their fish specialties they’re famous for.

You can guess that we immediately ordered Fish soup (219 rsd per portion). As we waited for it, we were considering whether to order anything else at all, because we weren’t much hungry. Then we definitely confirmed that phrase that one's eyes are bigger than one's stomach, so we ordered a portion of 10 kebabs (590 rsd), which we shared. Before the fish soup they served us Cover charge which consists of Fish pates and onions (59 rsd per portion), and Bread (98 rsd per portion) that was very tasty, it whetted my appetite for so much expected fish soup. Shortly after, the fish soup arrived, and the only expression on my face was the expression of satisfaction. I can freely say that four people could split these  two portions that we ordered. The fish was delicious and fresh, spicy, well seasoned and it was a shame that I couldn’t finish it, but I had to leave some space for kebabs as well. Kebabs, which are served with French fries, were also good, but when you try such a good soup, everything else is left in the shade. Along with kebabs we had Shopska salad   (250 rsd). I can only confirm that my friend was right, this was the best fish soup I tried so far. Since it was a hot day, we sipped some bottled Rosa water 0.75l (180 rsd), and after we had Coca Cola (149 rsd).

The atmosphere in Sidro is very pleasant, relaxing, with the sounds of Garavi sokak band, and after that the tambourine players were performing, so we had a complete Vojvodina experience. Guests are people of all generations, the waiters are kind and the prices are affordable. And if the road takes you there, make sure to stop by, even just for the fish soup, and share your impressions with us after.

Stara trešnja

Dođe i taj septembar. Za mene je to bio uvek mesec kada prestaje sva letnja čarolija, kao kad sat otkuca ponoć u Pepeljuzi (ili Pepeljugi, nisam baš sigurna da li ovde dolazi do sibilarizacije). I zato sam rešila da iskoristim još ovo malo toplih dana koji su preostali i da leto ispratim kako dolikuje! Odlučila sam da to izvedem u duhu srpske tradicije, u restoranu "Stara trešnja".

Stara trešnja je restoran srpske kuhinje sa dugogodišnjom tradicijom. Nalazi se ušuškan na Banovom brdu i moram da napomenem da mi je žao što nisu negde u blizini mog kraja, pa je to jedan od razloga što ne dolazim češće ovde na ručak. Sa visokom kamenom ogradom nema šanse da ga ne primetite. Restoran mi je leti veći favorit u odnosu na zimu zbog svoje predivne bašte sa debelom hladovinom. Idealno mesto za uživanje gde ćete izgubiti pojam o visokim temperaturama. Enterijer odiše starim duhom srpske tradicije.

Meni je strogo nacionalni. Ukoliko ste ljubitelj domaće kuhinje na pravom ste mestu. I ono što je fascinantno u ovom restoranu su izuzetno niske cene za izuzetno ogromne porcije. Mi smo se ovom prilikom odlučile da ručak započnemo Telećom čorbicom koja (znam da ćete mi teško poverovati) košta 100 rsd. Za glavno jelo odlučile smo se za Pljeskavicu sa kajmakom, Porciju ćevapa i Vešalicu. Cene jela sa roštilja u proseku se kreću od 400 rsd do 500 rsd. Verujte mi da porcije na slikama deluju manje nego što su uživo. Apsolutno sve što smo naručile bilo je preukusno i sjajno spremljeno. Naravno i aranžiranje hrane je strogo tradicionalno, te u Staroj trešnji ne očekujte da vidite tanjir bez čuvene šargarepe i cvetića od svežeg krastavca.

Kompletna atmosfera u ovom restoranu je domaćinska. Gosti su opušteni, svih generacija i definitivno se oseća u vazduhu da su ljudi ovde došli da uživaju i da se dobro najedu, a ne da se slikaju za instagram. Osoblje je nasmejano i raspoloženo, nenametljivo a opet tu kad god vam zatreba. E to se zove - dobra usluga!

A što se našeg ispraćaja leta tiče, mi smo misiju obavile dostojanstveno kako dolikuje! A vi ukoliko ste mnogo gladni, tradicionalista u duši i željni nekih lepših vremena kada je sve bilo smirenije i bez tenzije - pravac u Staru trešnju, tada će vam biti jasnije o čemu pričam!

Here comes September. For me, this is the month when all the summer magic stops, like when the clock strikes midnight in Cinderella. And that's why I decided to make the best of the remaining summer days! I decided to do it in the spirit of Serbian tradition, at the restaurant "Stara trešnja".

The Stara trešnja is a restaurant of Serbian cuisine with a long tradition. It is tucked away in Banovo brdo and I must say that I feel unhappy about the restaurant not beign somewhere closer to my neighborhood, so that is one of the reasons why I don’t come here more often for lunch. There is no way you’ll miss the restaurant’s high stone fence. I prefer to come here during summer because of the beautiful garden with thick shade. An ideal place to enjoy and escape high temperatures. Interior exudes the old spirit of Serbian tradition.

The menu is strictly national. If you are a fan of local cuisine, you are in the right place. And what's fascinating about this restaurant are extremely low prices for extremely huge portions. This time, we decided to start our lunch with Veal ragout soup which costs (I know you will find it hard to believe) 100 rsd. For the main course we chose Serbian style burger with kaymak, Portion of kebabs and Pork tenderloin. Grilled dishes prices range from 400 to 500 rsd. And trust me, the portions in the photos seem smaller than they are in person. Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. Of course, even the presentation of food is strictly traditional, so don’t expect to see the plate without the famous carrots and fresh cucumber garnish.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is homely. The guests are casual people, of all generations and you can definitely feel that people came here to enjoy and eat well, and not just to take photos for Instagram. The staff is smiling and cheerful, unobtrusive but again available whenever you need something. And that’s what I call - good service!

And as far as for our farewell to the summer, we completed the mission with dignity as it fits! And if you are very hungry, a traditionalist or feeling nostalgic for some better times when everything was calmer and stress free – hit the road and go to the Stara Trešnja, then you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

Cele - Dubrovnik

Gastro policija je odlučila da malo proširi svoja iskustva, pa smo tako došle na ideju da sa vama podelimo svoje utiske iz regiona. Veliko mi je zadovoljstvo što je baš meni zapalo da pišem o restoranu Cele, iz meni jednog od omiljenih gradova - Dubrovnika. Gastro policija is coming!

Dubrovnik je grad u kom leti, bukvalno, gorite! Dok šetate starim gradom, pored toga što uživate u istoriji i duhu ovog prelepog i, slobodno mogu reći, večnog grada, takođe osećate nesnosnu vrućinu i na umu vam je samo to kako ćete posle obilaska sesti u neki lep restoran da se okrepite.

Nije bilo lako doneti odluku gde da sednemo. Na svakom koraku restorani i svaki deluje kao da je baš taj ono što tražite. Posle nekih 20 min i povećanja temperature za jedno 5 stepeni odluka je pala na restoran Cele.

Ovo mesto nalazi se u središtu gradske vreve, sa pogledom na veliki sat u centru grada, tako da ovde možete istovremeno da uživate i u pogledu na divne dubrovačke građevine i da osetite duh grada. Dan je bio, kao što sam već rekla, mnogo vruć, ali ventilatori u bašti restorana pomogli su da nam uživanje bude potpuno.  

Cele je mesto modernog enterijera, sa lepom baštom, iz koje, već sam pomenula, imate lep pogled i zadovoljstvo je neizostavno ako ovde sednete.

Nakon što smo se smestile, malo rashladile, na red je došlo da odlučimo šta ćemo jesti. Ja sam se, kao veliki ljubitelj morskih plodova, odlučila za Lignje na žaru, jer zaista smatram da je šteta na moru ne jesti to, jer svakako nije isto kad jedete lignje u Beogradu i lignje na moru. Drugarica, kao veliki ljubitelj Burgera, želela je da vidi da li su i ovde tako dobri kao u Beogradu.

Lignje su bile pun pogodak, sveže, svaki zalogaj predstavljao je mali raj za moja nepca i ovo je za mene potpuno uzivanje na jednom putovanju - divan grad, divna hrana, super društvo. Burger moje drugarice bio je podjednako uživanje za nju kao lignje za mene. Poslužen sa pomfritom i umakom, sveže lepinje sa susamom i iceberg salatom, paradajzom i sirom i preukusnim mesom, zadovoljstvo moje drugarice je bilo izuzetno vidno. Na moje pitanje kako joj se sviđa je odgovorila samo da je predivan, što mi je bilo i više nego dovoljno. Kako je bilo mnogo vruće, osvežavale smo se uz Kiselu vodu 1l.

Cene su, kao i u celom Dubrovniku, malo više nego u Beogradu, što je i za očekivati.

Posebna pohvala za osoblje, konobar koji nas je služio je bio i više nego ljubazan i nasmejan i maksimalno je izlazio u susret na sve naše nedoumice, tako da ovo mesto drži nivo kakav i treba da ima jedan restoran ovako bitnog turističkog grada.

S obzirom da je Dubrovnik grad koji godišnje poseti veoma veliki broj ljudi, logično je da ovde, kao i u sve druge restorane, dolaze ljudi svih godišta iz celog sveta, a veoma često je prava sreća naći slobodno mesto, što smo mi imale.

Savet koji mogu da vam dam je da prvenstveno posetite Dubrovnik, a onda i Cele, ukoliko vam vreme i obaveze dozvoljavaju, garantujem divne utiske i za grad i za restoran.

Gastro police decided to broaden the experience a bit, so we came up with the idea to share our impressions from the neighboring region. It is a great pleasure for me to write about the restaurant Cele, from one of my favorite cities - Dubrovnik. Gastro police is coming!

Dubrovnik is the city in which, during the summer, you literally burn!  As you strall the old city, besides enjoying the history and the spirit of this beautiful and, I can freely say, eternal city, you also feel unbearable heat, and the only thing that’s on your mind is a fine restaurant you’ll sit in after touring the city.

It wasn’t easy choosing a restaurant for our break. There are restaurants on every step of the way and each seems to be perfect for what you’re looking for. After about 20 minutes and a temperature increase of around 5 °C, we chose the Cele restaurant.

This place is located in the center of the city hustle and bustle, overlooking the big clock in the city center, so here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Dubrovnik buildings and feel the spirit of the city, as well. The day was, as I said, very hot, but the fans in the garden of the restaurant helped us enjoy it completely.


The Cele restaurant is a place with modern interior, with a beautiful garden, from which, as I already mentioned, you have a nice view, so, if you choose to sit here, the pleasure is inevitable.

After we settled down and cooled down a bit, came the time to decide what to eat. Since I'm such a big fan of seafood, I chose Grilled calamari, because I really think it’s a shame not to eat those at the seaside, it’s certainly different than eating them in Belgrade. My friend, as a big fan of Burgers, wanted to see if they are as good here as in Belgrade.

Calamari had hit the mark, they were fresh, every bite was a small paradise for my palate and for me, that is the definition of a complete enjoyment on a trip - a beautiful city, wonderful food, great company. My friend enjoyed the burger just as much as I enjoyed the calamari. It was served with French fries and a dip, with fresh sesame buns and iceberg salad, tomato and cheese and delicious patty, I could see my friend's satisfaction. When I asked her whether she liked it, she just said that it was perfect, which was more than enough. As it was very hot, we sipped sparkling water 1l.

The prices are, as in all Dubrovnik, a bit higher than in Belgrade, which is expected.

A special praise for the staff, the waiter who served us was more than polite and kind, he came to our assistance, so this place holds the level of what a restaurant of such an important tourist city should have.

Since Dubrovnik is a city that welcomes a very large number of people every year, it is logical that here, as well as in all other restaurants, come the people of all ages and from all over the world, so we had a lot of luck for even finding a free table.

My advice is to visit Dubrovnik in the first place, and then the Cele restaurant as well, if your time and duties permit it, I guarantee you’ll have great impressions both for the city and restaurant.

Milagro

Letnji ručak je za mene idealan ako je u blizini reke. Opušta me po ovim paklenim vrućinama. A i osvežava, koliko je to moguće. Ovog vikenda zaputila sam se sa drugaricom na Zemunski kej, jer mi je leti to omiljena destinacija za šetnju i kasnopopodnevni ručak. Ovonedeljno druženje odlučile smo da provedemo u restoranu Milagro.

Milagro je restoran španske kuhinje i to je jedan od razloga zbog kog smo rešile da ga posetimo. Jednostavno malo sam postala prezasićena restorana nacionalne ili internacionalne kuhinje. Bilo mi je potrebno nešto malo drugačije, nešto što iskače iz svakodnevnice. A to je definitivno bio ovaj restoran. Smešten je na Zemusnkom keju, u kući na sprat, sa čije terase se pruža savršen pogled na Dunav.

Restoran je ceo inspirisan drvenim tonovima, što dodatno opušta. Stil na terasi je malo opuštenijeg karaktera, dok je unutrašnji deo restorana ipak elegantniji i prefinjeniji. Posebno mi se svideo raspored stolova na terasi, koji nisu načičkani jedan pored drugog, te svaki sto ima svoju dozu privatnosti. Tako da ne brinite, u ovom restoranu ćete isključivo čuti svog sagovornika, i neće vam se mešati glasovi sa strane, što nije slučaj sa većinom restorana.

Moram da priznam da sam u ovom restoranu očekivala onaj tip uštogljenih i nadmenih konobara koji se ponašaju kao da su u najmanju ruku vlasnici lokala, međutim prevarila sam se. Dočekao nas je jedan stariji, izuzetno ljubazan i šaljivi konobar koji nam je odmah preporučio šta da probamo iz menija.

Pre naručenih jela, bio nam je poslužen Kuver (80 rsd) - korpica štapića poslužena sa umacima, od kojih je jedan bio riblja pašteta i jedna je od boljih koje sam probala. Nakon što smo se zagrejale kuverom, na red su došla glavna jela.

Paelja od morskih plodova
Naravno, jedno od jela koje smo naručile bio je španski specijalitet - Paelja od morskih plodova (1390 rsd). Količinski porciju mogu da podele dve osobe koje su srednje gladne, međutim Gastro policija uvek ide na ručak pripremljenih praznih stomaka, tako da je ova porcija u tom slučaju taman. Paelja je bila preukusna, začinjena po mom ukusu, a morski plodovi su po ovakvim toplim danima bili pravi izbor.

Drugo jelo je bilo takođe španski specijalitet - Fideu sa gamborima (1290 rsd). Veliki sam fan gambora i testenine tako da možete da pogađate koliko sam bila oduševljena ovim spojem. Možda je za nijansu ovo jelo bilo malo manje začinjeno od onoga što ja volim, ali svakako je za pohvalu. Tako da ko voli malo blaže ukuse, topla prepuka od mene je fideu.

Tip gostiju je raznolik, što zbog tipa kuhinje što zbog lokacije, stariji, mlađi, opušteni, ili previše sređeni za ovo doba dana, restoran Milagro je sjedinio sve ljubitelje španskih ukusa. A mi? Mi smo nakon obilnog ručka, naručile flašu belog vina, i ostatak dana provele u pogledu od milion dolara.

For me, the ideal summer lunch is having it somewhere near the river. It relaxes me during these hot summer days. It’s relatively refreshing,too. This weekend, my friend and I went to Zemun quay, because, during summer, it’s my favorite destination for taking a walk and having a late afternoon lunch. This week, we decided to spend our time at the restaurant Milagro.

Milagro is a Spanish cuisine restaurant and this is one of the reasons why we decided to visit it. I just became a bit tired of national or international cuisine restaurants. I needed something a bit different, something that stands out of everyday life. And this restaurant was a perfect fit. It’s located on the Zemun quay, in a two story house, with a terrace that gives a perfect view of the Danube.

The restaurant’s desing is completely inspired by wood, which is even more relaxing. The style of the terrace is a bit more casual, while the inner part of the restaurant is more elegant and refined. I especially liked the layout of the tables on the terrace, they aren’t squinted next to each other, so each one has its own privacy. So don’t worry, in this restaurant, you’ll only hear your friend, no mixing voices from the side, which isn’t the case in most restaurants.

I must admit that, at this restaurant, I was expecting that type of stuck-up waiters who act as if they are the owners of the place, but I was wrong. We were greeted by an older, extremely polite and witty waiter who immediately recommended us what to try out of the menu.

Before ordered dishes, we were served Cover charge (80 rsd) – a basket of salted breadsticks served with dips, one of whom was a fish pate and is one of the best I've had. After this warm up came the time for the main dishes.

Seafood Paella
Of course, one of the dishes that we ordered was a Spanish specialty - Seafood Paella  (1390 rsd). This portion could be enough for two people who are moderately hungry, however, the Gastro police always goes to lunch with already prepared empty stomachs, so in our case, this portion was perfect in quantity. The paella was delicious, seasoned just how I like it, and seafood was the right choice during these hot days.

The second dish was also a Spanish specialty – Fideuà with prawns (1290 rsd). I am a big fan of prawns and pasta so you can guess how delighted I was with this mix. To my taste, it was somewhat less spicy, but it was certainly excellent. So whoever likes a little milder taste, I warmly recommend fideua.

The guests are of all types, both due to the type of cuisine, and due to the location, older, younger, some casually dressed, some a bit overdressed for this time of day, the restaurant Milagro gathered all fans of Spanish flavors. And us? After this big lunch, we ordered a bottle of white wine and spent the rest of the day enjoying the million dollar view.

Kota 70

Po vrelom letnjem danu, kad želite da provedete mirno, opušteno popodne, mislim da nema boljeg izbora od uživancije na vodi, tačnije, na nekom splavu. Ovog dana, put nas je naveo na Kotu 70.

Kota 70 se nalazi na početku Savskog keja, u nizu sa mnogim poznatim splavovima koji odavno predstavljaju brend Savskog keja. Ovaj splav će vam svakako privući pažnju kad zakoračite na kej.

Kad uđete na splav, prvo što ćete primetiti je izuzetno veliki prostor. Drvo i drvene stolice daju osećaj da ste na splavu, a sve je to uređeno sa stilom i elegancijom, pa imamo pravi primer jednog lepog, fensi splava. Gde god da sednete osećaćete se prijatno, bilo da se odlučite da to bude unutra ili prostrana terasa.

Dan jeste bio pravi letnji, vreo, ali i pored toga, naše čulo ukusa je imalo potrebu da bude namireno. Drugarica i ja smo bacile pogled na meni koji je internacionalnog karaktera, sa cenama kao i u većini restorana u Beogradu i trebalo nam je 10-ak minuta da ga proučimo i razmislimo šta bi nam najviše prijalo. Meni su za oko pala topla predjela, gde sam se odlučila za Tortilju meksikana (490 rsd), a drugarica za Burger Kota 70 (650 rsd). Moje jelo se sastojalo od dve tortilje u kojima su se nalazili juneće mleveno meso, pasulj, kukuruz, feferoni, crvena paprika, luk, barbikju sos i ajvar, a poslužene su uz porciju nachos-a i kečapa. Bila sam zadovoljna, što ukusom u kom je dominirala paprika i ljutkasta nota od feferona, što time kako je servirano, a najviše time što sam dobila sve onako kako je i pisalo u meniju.

Drugaricin burger se sastojao od junećeg mlevenog mesa, čedar sira, slanine, paradajza, iceberg salate, crvenog luka, kiselih krastavaca i senfa, poslužen uz pomfrit, kečap i kolutiće luka. Takođe je bila zadovoljna, što količinom, što svežinom i ukusom jela.

Uz obroke smo se osvežile Coca-cola - om 0.25l (185 rsd) i Lumunadom 0.35l (220 rsd).

Gosti su tog dana bili pretežno ljudi otprilike od 30-40 godina, a uopšte nisu retki ni parovi sa malom decom, pretpostavljam lokalci koji žive u blizini.

Mislim da je Savski kej dobio još jedan splav koji ide ka tome da postane još jedan brend ovog dela Novog Beograda, pa moj savet vam je da ih posetite i kažete mi da li sam u pravu.

On a hot summer day, in my opinion, there’s no better choice than spending a peaceful, relaxed afternoon, on the water, or rather, on some raft-restaurant. This day, the road led us to Kota 70.

Kota 70 is located at the beginning of the Sava quay, among many famous rafts which have been a trademark of that quay for a very long time. You’ll definitely notice this raft-restaurant when you approach the quay.


When you enter the raft, the first thing you’ll notice is the extremely wide space. The wood panel interior and wooden chairs give you the feeling of being on a raft, all of it decorated with style and elegance, so here we have a perfect example of a beautiful, fancy raft-restaurant. Wherever you sit, you’ll be comfortable, whether you choose to be inside or on a spacious terrace.

Even though it was a very hot summer day, our palates had to be satisfied. My friend and I looked at the menu, it is an international cuisine menu, the prices are as in most Belgrade restaurants, and it took us a little more than 10 minutes to study the menu and to decide what would be the best dish for us.  In my case, the hot appetizers caught my eye, so I ordered Tortilla Mexicana (490 rsd), and my friend chose Burger Kota 70 (650 rsd). My dish consisted of two tortillas containing minced beef meat, beans, corn, pepperoncino, red bell pepper, onions, bbq sauce and ajvar, and it was served with a portion of nachos and ketchup. I was pleased both with the taste, in which the sweetness of the bell pepper and the hotness of the pepperoncino dominated, and the way it was served, and most of all by the fact that I got everything as it was written in the menu.

My friend’s burger consisted of minced beef meat, cheese, bacon, tomato, iceberg salad, red onion, pickles and mustard, served with fries, ketchup and onion rings. She was also pleased both with the quantity, and the freshness and the taste of the dish.

We sipped Coca-cola  0.25l (185 rsd) and Lemonade 0.35L (220 rsd).

That day, the guests were mostly people around 30-40 years, but there also were a few couples with children, I presume they were locals who are living nearby.

I think that Sava quay got another raft-restaurant which is close to becoming another trademark of this part of New Belgrade, so my advice to you is to visit them and then tell me if I'm right about that.
